Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind and decide to return your item(s) to us, you have the option to accept from us a replacement by a product, subject to availability or to fully refund you. To arrange for a return, please notify us first by email.
In case of replacement, you have the right to return the item(s) you bought through this e-shop within 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order. In order to make it easier to ascertain the exact date you received your order, please keep your delivery receipt documentation. If you haven’t made a choice yet, you can choose the new item(s) of equal or higher value that you want to order within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The item(s) must return to us in unused condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition.
In case of full refund, you have the right to return the item(s) you bought through this e-shop within 2 calendar days from the date you receive your order. When we receive and inspect the returned item for wear & tear and if we deem it to be in pristine condition we will proceed to full refund. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags, labels and stickers intact. If one of these conditions are not met, you will not be eligible for a refund and the item(s) will be sent back to you. You will be required to pay for the costs of sending the item(s) back to you.
The funds for the refund will be processed in the same way as the one originally used by you for the initial purchase of the item(s). Please allow enough refund processing time between banking institutions until you see a credit notification in your account. Please note that return costs will be deducted from the refund amount you are due back. Please know that PERSONALIZED and CUSTOMIZED items are excluded from the refunds policy.
You can cancel your order if you change your mind, by contacting us at info@grana.gr, stating that you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will authorize a full refund to you (banking and administrative charges may apply, in which case they will be deducted from the final amount with which you will be refunded). If your order has already been dispatched, we will try our best to locate it and ask for it to be returned. If this is not possible, you will have to wait to receive the shipment and subsequently arrange for it to be sent back to us (within 2 days from the date you received it, as stated above). The procedure then will be the same as written for returned products for full refund.
Please remember to include the original purchase receipt inside the box, together with the certificate of authenticity. Please know that PERSONALIZED and CUSTOMIZED items are excluded from the refunds policy.
Kindly please note that you, the customer, will have to bear the courier costs for the returned item(s). Shipping fees, additional duties or taxes cannot be refunded.
Our jewellery leaves our hands in pristine condition, and we make every effort so that you receive them in the same condition. If, however, there is obvious damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us as soon as possible.
